Who We Are

A Story of
Grace & Redemption

Building Faith Inc is inspired by my own struggles in finding true purpose and happiness. God has given me the understanding that we are called to service. Every person has purpose and deserves a relationship with Jesus, no matter how far they've fallen.

How It's beginning

Starting from a vision from God
Building on Faith

After being chased down like the lost sheep and plucked from the clenches of the enemy, Jesus spoke to me of purpose and life. Matthew 20:26 Whoever wants to be your leader, must be your servant. That message became a calling. - Christopher Barnett

With four volunteers, a brotherhood of followers from a faith-based program, Christopher launched Building Faith Inc. The mission was clear: create a place where people in the grip of addiction could find not just programs, but purpose. Restoring the community while restoring our lives, fills us with a sense of accomplishment through service.  The skills, discipline, and integrity the students will develop will be God's blessing to them for the rest of their days.

With 30 years of construction management experience, it became quite clear what his purpose was. The men of the brotherhood also have vast knowledge in construction and love of Jesus.  Ephesians 2:10 - For we are Gods handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

"We are not starting this because we have all the answers. We are starting this out of obedience."

— Christopher Barnett, Founder

What We Stand For

Our Mission & Values

Everything we do flows from a single mission: to restore lives through faith, community, and compassion — one person at a time.

"To walk alongside every person on their journey to recovery — offering grace, community, and hope rooted in faith."

Unconditional Grace

We believe every person — regardless of their past — deserves compassion without conditions. We meet people exactly where they are.

Community First

Recovery doesn't happen in isolation. We build genuine relationships that carry people through the hardest moments.

Faith as Foundation

Our programs are rooted in faith — not as a barrier, but as a source of hope, meaning, and lasting transformation.

Dignity & Respect

We treat every individual as a whole person — honoring their story, their struggles, and their extraordinary potential.

Our Foundation

Faith That Welcomes Everyone

Our faith is not a requirement for participation — it is the source of our compassion. We are a Christian-founded organization, and we welcome every person regardless of their background, belief, or story.

We believe that hope is not earned. It is given freely. Our programs reflect that conviction — offering support without judgment, community without conditions, and a door that is always open.

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Psalm 147:3
